I've found some pretty interesting trash pretty far out in the desert on my adventures. I'm not sure if it's more economical to drive several miles on an unmaintained road with a washing machine in the back of your truck than it is to pay the dump fee, but I guess it's just about the principle of the whole thing for some people.
